This project involved the complete Architectural and MEP Schematic Design Study of the entire existing student center and the addition of 112,000 sf to provide a State of the Art dining, meeting, banquet, collaborative and entertainment facility. This project completely rebranded the interior and exterior image and serves as the connection and backdrop to the new 151 ft High Carillon Tower project and water plaza immediately to the east.
